RESTAURANTS!

Trattoria Laghee $$

Set in a charming courtyard adorned with twinkling lights, Trattoria Laghee is an excellent choice for great food and an inviting ambiance. They offer pizza and pasta, with an extensive menu—not commonly found in the area. Plus, their prices are very reasonable.

Harry's Bar $$$:

Located right on the waterfront of Cernobbio, Harry's Bar offers some of the best views in town. While the food is pricier, it’s an excellent option for a more upscale meal, and their lasagna is exceptional!

We recommend making a reservation, especially for dinner.

Osteria Catina Frasca $

A family-owned wine bar serving pizza, pasta, and desserts makes it an excellent option for incredible service and affordable eats (along with plenty of wine)! With a pared-down menu, all pastas are handmade by the owner and are truly exceptional.

Albergo Ristorante Pizzeria Giardino $

Nestled in the courtyard garden of a small hotel, this hidden gem is our favorite spot for pizza in the area. They offer an extensive menu with a wide variety of pizza options and pasta for those craving something different.

Piazzetta $$

A tapas-style wine bar with dishes created by Michelin chef Samuel Carugati. They offer a mix of traditional and unexpected Italian entrees and appetizers in a beautiful courtyard. We suggest their creative cocktails, their extensive app menu, and any of their homemade pastas.

Osteria del Beuc $$

Just a few minutes from the waterfront, this family-owned spot is known for its excellent service and homestyle cooking. It’s a great option for a casual sit-down meal. Be sure to try their risotto—it’s a must!

We recommend making a reservation if you plan to visit for dinner.

Ristorante Hostaria Cernobbio $$$

Not craving Pizza? No problem! This restaurant is near Hotel Miralago and offers a limited menu featuring local dishes, including risotto and lake fish. This is the place to go for a curated, regional dining experience.

The Veranda $$$$$

Found on Villa d’Este’s grounds, Veranda offers an authentic fine dining experience with gorgeous views of their gardens and the lake. This is the most expensive option in the area, but they’re known for their exceptional service and offer a five-course tasting menu. You must make a reservation in advance for lunch or dinner service.

CAFE & GELATERIA!

Pasticceria Poletti

Tucked away in the streets of Cernobbio, this bakery may be a bit hard to find, but it’s well worth the effort. They serve traditional Italian pastries and coffee, which you can enjoy to-go or in their charming courtyard garden. Be sure to try their raspberry-filled croissants and profiteroles—both are must-haves and incredibly affordable!

Vincenzo Dascanio Cafe

This charming cafe escape is perfect for a peaceful cappuccino, dessert, tea, or cocktail. We recommend trying a selection of their small pastries and tarts to share with a group. Their aperitivo service is fantastic, and the spritz is our go-to drink.

Crema & Cioccolato

Crema & Cioccolato is a family-owned gelateria located just a few minutes from the waterfront, and it undoubtedly serves the best gelato in the area. They excel in traditional flavors while also offering unique and seasonal options. Their homemade Lebanese breads and snacks are equally incredible if you're craving more than a sweet treat.

Gusto

Looking for espresso? This place is known to have some of the best cappuccino in the Lake Como area. They also serve apertivi, so if you want a snack or drink, you can also get that here.
